Daughter of Ex-Ondo deputy gov’s found dead in boyfriend’s house

Adenike Khadijat the Daughter of the formal Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo, has was found dead in her boyfriend house at Oke-Aro area of Akure. 

Adenike is a final year student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), was Oluboyo’s first child. 

Khadijat is one of the victims of incessant kidnapping, ritual killing and other violent crimes in the Akoko area of the Ondo North Senatorial District.

According to a source from the family, said the body of Khadijat, was discover missing six days ago in the school, was found under the bed of her Abuja based boyfriend, Adeyemi Alao popularly known as QS. The source attested that the family suspected Khadijat was murdered for money ritual.

The family source said Alao’s younger brother saw the decomposing body of Oluboyo’s daughter in a mysterious manner and later reported the incident to the police in Akure.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Femi Joseph, said policemen discovered the body of the undergraduate at a house at Oke-Aro area of Akure, following a tip-off. The PPRO disclosed that some arrests had been made in connection with the death of the former deputy governor’s daughter.
The Association of Concerned Akoko Traditional Chiefs has called on all Akoko Obas to rise up and protest to President Muhammadu Buhari and express their displeasure on the humiliation meted on traditional rulers as targets of kidnapping.
